The driver fills in a vehicle-specific handover form in the mobile app: when picking up or returning a vehicle at the depot, at driver changes or when coupling a trailer. They document the condition with photos, review previous damage and record anything new.
In the office, all of this builds a complete audit trail: every change is traceable, and at any moment you can see which vehicles are in order and where action is needed.

At every handover, the quantity of accessories and equipment is recorded – from lashing straps to fire extinguishers. If something is missing, you can see exactly on whose watch it disappeared, so there are no misunderstandings and no endless arguments.

Every departure starts with a documented inspection
Before every departure – or as often as the office requires – the driver completes a photo-based inspection log in the mobile app. Technical faults are caught while they are still cheap to fix: at the depot, not on the motorway.
Foreseeable repair needs can also be recorded, making maintenance plannable. The result: safer operations, fewer unexpected breakdowns, fewer delays and penalties.

Every new damage is recorded during handovers, so it is always clear when it occurred and on whose watch. Drivers don't need to fear being charged for someone else's damage – and the office doesn't need to play detective.
